SERVICES
Charis Support Services, Inc. is an organization functioning in the areas of day support, respite and in-home services. CSSI provides services to individuals and families with disabilities, whose primary diagnosis is intellectual disabilities and for individuals and family developmental disabilities Support (DD Waiver).
Each individual will be encouraged, empowered and supported as they explore the community and learn new skills in the home (in-home). Each individual will be given the opportunity to learn with assistance to make informed choices about events and/or activities in community and at home.
Charis Support Services, Inc will provide protection, guidance and supervision by maintaining qualified staff to meet the objectives of the individuals support plan.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Individuals must be at least older adolescence transitioning from school, and /or at least 18 years of age, have an ID and a developmental disability diagnosis for day program. For in-home, individuals must be at least 5 years old and have a primary diagnosis of developmental disabilities.
